As we celebrate our ten-year anniversary, our commitment to craftsmanship, to solidifying your trust and to building the finest American-made brakes in the automotive industry is stronger than ever. 

As proof of that, all PureForge® brakes are now covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. It's our promise to you, the original purchaser, that as long as you own your PureForge® equipped vehicle, it will be free from defects in material and workmanship.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

PureForge® warrants to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of new PureForge® brakes that such brakes shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for the duration of time that the Purchaser originally owns that vehicle. PureForge®, in its sole discretion, shall repair or replace the brake if the Purchaser submits a valid warranty claim in accordance with these instructions. If PureForge® opts to replace the brake, PureForge® will keep the brake that it replaces. The Purchaser's remedies under this warranty are limited to repair or replacement of the brake. PureForge® will not provide cash, credit, or refund, nor will PureForge® return any parts that it replaced. PureForge® does not warrant against any type of defect to the brake that PureForge® did not cause, including but not limited to:

1. Failure to provide proper care and maintenance.

2. Accidents, abuse, or misuse.

3. Improper installation.

4. Use of non-approved pad material.

5. Unauthorized adjustments, repairs, or modifications. 

Additionally, PUREFORGE® EXCLUDES AND WILL NOT PAY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES UNDER THIS WARRANTY. INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE MEANS ANY LOSS, EXPENSE, OR OTHER DAMAGE THAT CANNOT BE REMEDIED BY EITHER REPAIRING ANY DEFECT IN THE BRAKE OR BY REPLACING THE BRAKE. THIS WARRANTY ALSO EXCLUDES ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, TO INCLUDE IMPLIED WARRANTIES. Furthermore, no individual or entity other than PureForge® possesses the authority to alter the obligations, limitations, disclaimers, or exclusions under this warranty. Pureforge®'s obligations under this warranty shall not apply to the extent that any law, regulation, or other governmental requirements prohibits the repair, replacement and, or, return of a brake to the person who shipped the brake to PureForge®. The purchaser, in order to achieve eligibility under this warranty, must complete and submit the product registration card included with the brake within thirty (30) days of purchase. Purchaser must be able to produce, on request, Purchaser's original sales receipt for the brake that clearly indicates that Purchaser is the original purchaser at retail. PureForge®, upon receiving the Purchaser's correspondence or phone call, shall provide instructions to the Purchaser governing the manner in which to return the brake for repair or replacement.
